Arrow Exterminators Acquires Tropicare Termite and Pest Control

Atlanta-based Arrow Exterminators has acquired Tropicare Termite and Pest Control, a Land O' Lakes, Florida residential pest, termite and lawn care services provider. The acquisition adds another service center in the Tampa Bay area, bringing Arrow's Florida footprint to 40 service centers and its national presence to 155 offices; financial terms were not disclosed.

The transaction closed on October 9, 2024, and was advised by Generational Group; Arrow will integrate Spider Man’s services and team as part of its regional expansion.

The deal adds four offices to Arrow’s Florida footprint (bringing it to 42 Florida service centers and 162 nationwide) and transfers the Crenshaw team and customers to Arrow.

Arrow Exterminators Acquires Apex Pest Control, Inc.

Atlanta-based Arrow Exterminators has acquired Rockledge, Florida-headquartered Apex Pest Control, Inc., adding offices across Florida and expanding Arrow's footprint in the state. Apex serves roughly 25,000 residential and commercial customers, with about 78 employees and 2021 revenue just under $10 million; all Apex team members and the management team will remain with the business.

Atlanta-based Arrow Exterminators has acquired Copter Pest Control, a long-standing residential and commercial pest and termite control provider headquartered in Enterprise, Alabama. The acquisition expands Arrow’s presence in the Wiregrass and Lower Alabama regions, adds a local office and team to Arrow’s footprint (bringing Arrow to 16 service centers in Alabama), and will see Copter operate as Arrow Exterminators going forward.
