Fenix24 Acquires vArmour to Enhance Cyber Resiliency and Application Visibility

Fenix24, a cyber disaster recovery firm, has acquired vArmour, an application relationship management software provider, to bolster its Argos99 battalion and improve infrastructure visibility and ransomware recovery capabilities. The deal also brings vArmour’s patents and customer relationships into Fenix24’s ecosystem, and former vArmour CEO Timothy Eades has joined Fenix24’s advisory board.

iNovex Acquires Secure Innovations

iNovex, a cybersecurity and intelligence platform backed by Enlightenment Capital, has acquired Secure Innovations, a cybersecurity firm serving intelligence and defense customers. Terms were not disclosed; Secure Innovations CEO Doug Jeruzal will remain with the combined business as iNovex expands its defensive cyber, systems security engineering and security automation capabilities.

Accela Acquires Novotx

The acquisition expands Accela's Civic Platform to support the full lifecycle of public infrastructure — from planning and permitting through operations, maintenance, and long‑term asset stewardship — and will integrate Novotx's GIS-native capabilities for asset, work order, and field operations management.

Aqua Security Acquires Argon to Extend Software Supply Chain Security

The deal creates a middle‑market intelligence and cybersecurity platform with more than 1,000 employees and roughly $2 billion in recent prime contract awards; Innoplex president Chris Hawthorne will serve as president of the combined company under iNovex leadership.
