The acquisition brings Corlexia's staff, studies and client relationships onto Anova's AnovaOS platform to expand Anova's capabilities and clinical site network for neurological indications and other therapeutic areas.

Clario Acquires WCG's eCOA Business

Clario has acquired the electronic clinical outcome assessment (eCOA) business of WCG to expand its endpoint data solutions and deepen neuroscience-focused clinical outcomes expertise. The deal—announced in March and completed in May 2025—transfers WCG’s eCOA team and capabilities to Clario and is expected to enhance Clario’s support for complex neuroscience clinical trials.

Bruker Corporation Acquires Neurescence Inc.

Bruker Corporation has signed a definitive agreement to acquire 100% of Neurescence Inc., a Toronto-based developer of ultralight fiber‑bundle Multiscopes (Chromatone) for multi-region optical functional neuroimaging. The acquisition strengthens Bruker's preclinical neuroscience imaging capabilities and complements its existing Ultima multiphoton solutions and recently acquired Inscopix products; financial terms were not disclosed.

The asset package, available in 60+ markets, expands Pharmanovia's neurology franchise and commercial footprint across markets such as Brazil, South Africa, France and Italy in a divestiture from Sanofi.

ClinicalMind Acquires IC Axon
