DecisionHR, a nationwide full-service PEO and subsidiary of Bankers Financial Corporation, has acquired Modern Business Associates, Inc. The combination, effective January 1, 2022, creates one of the five largest privately held PEOs in the United States and expands DecisionHR's HR, payroll, benefits and risk-management capabilities.
