Del Monte Capital completed a majority recapitalization of the Cornerstone companies — Cornerstone Excavating and Cornerstone On‑Site Concrete — partnering with management to support growth and geographic expansion across the Dallas‑Fort Worth area. Founder David Stocker will retain an ownership stake and President David Owen increased his ownership and will continue to lead operations.
