DELAIR has acquired Grenoble-based drone manufacturer SQUADRONE SYSTEM, a specialist in drone swarms and automated industrial inspection. SQUADRONE SYSTEM was founded in 2014, employs ~22 people and had an estimated €2M revenue in 2024; the purchase accelerates DELAIR's dual civil and defense technological roadmap and strengthens its swarm and inspection capabilities.
