Delta Electronics Acquires Noda RF Technologies

Delta Electronics, through its subsidiary Delta Electronics (Netherlands) B.V., announced it will acquire a 90.23% stake in Japan-based Noda RF Technologies Co., Ltd. Combined with Delta’s existing stake, Delta expects to reach 100% ownership of NRF upon completion of the transaction (subject to closing conditions, including regulatory approvals). NRF supplies radio frequency (RF) power supply systems used in core semiconductor manufacturing processes such as etching, CVD, and PVD.

Lehman & Company, has completed the acquisition of Intelligent RF Solutions, LLC (iRF), a designer, engineer and manufacturer of RF and microwave systems for SIGINT/ELINT/EW applications. iRF, headquartered in Sparks, Maryland and employing approximately 50 people, is the first add-on for the Narda-MITEQ platform under JFLCO; debt financing was provided by Barings Finance and Siemens Financial Services and iRF's management will remain in place.
