Dessert Holdings, a premium-dessert platform owned by Bain Capital, has acquired Kenny's Great Pies from Kaho Partners. The acquisition adds Kenny's clean-label, cream-based pies and manufacturing capacity (33,000 sq ft facility in Smyrna, Georgia) to Dessert Holdings' portfolio to expand product offerings and distribution across retail, club and foodservice channels; terms were not disclosed.
