Detectortesters Group Acquires Global Vision Inc.

Detectortesters Group, a portfolio company of Inflexion Private Equity Partners, has acquired Global Vision Inc. (GVI), a Minnesota-based maker of FM‑approved fire pump test meters. The deal is an add-on to Detectortesters' test & measurement platform and is intended to strengthen its flow meter product offering, innovation capability, and global distribution reach in the commercial fire protection market.
