Battle Motors, Inc. acquired Crane Carrier Company, LLC from an affiliate of Turnspire Capital Partners LLC; terms were not disclosed. Crane Carrier is a long-standing manufacturer of custom vocational truck chassis and purpose-built vehicles, and the acquisition strengthens Battle Motors’ manufacturing capabilities and position in the transition to electric vocational Class 7/8 trucks.

The deal adds BrandCycle’s network of thousands of influencers and relationships with more than 500 retailers to StackCommerce’s publishing and merchant services, expanding its creator-commerce and affiliate capabilities.
