DexKo Global / AL-KO International Acquires Preston Chassis Industries (PCI)

DexKo Global, through its Australian subsidiary AL-KO International Pty Ltd, has signed an agreement to acquire Preston Chassis Industries Pty Ltd (PCI), a long-established Australian caravan chassis manufacturer based in Campbellfield, Victoria. The founders sought a strategic buyer ahead of retirement; financial terms were not disclosed and the transaction is subject to customary conditions and regulatory approval.
