DirectMed Parts & Service, a portfolio company of NMS Capital, has acquired LBN Medical, a Denmark-based reseller of aftermarket diagnostic imaging equipment. The acquisition (terms undisclosed) expands DirectMed’s international parts distribution and system sales capabilities, providing LBN access to DirectMed’s larger parts inventory and resources to accelerate global growth.
