nVent Electric Acquires Maverick Power

Diversified Energy and Carlyle Acquire Anadarko Basin Oil and Gas Assets From Camino Natural Resources

Diversified Energy Company (NYSE: DEC) and Carlyle’s Global Credit platform have executed a purchase agreement to acquire a bolt-on portfolio of oil and natural gas properties and related assets in Oklahoma’s Anadarko Basin from Camino Natural Resources. The $1.175 billion transaction is financed via a bespoke asset-backed securitization (ABS) through a newly formed SPV, with Diversified funding about $210 million and expecting to close in Q3 2026.

Pioneer Natural Resources Acquires Parsley Energy
