DraftKings Acquires Jackpocket for $750 Million

DraftKings has reached an agreement to acquire Jackpocket, the leading U.S. digital lottery app, for total consideration of approximately $750 million. The deal consideration is ~55% cash funded from DraftKings’ balance sheet and ~45% paid in DraftKings Class A common stock, subject to customary adjustments and a stock-price collar mechanism.
