dss+ acquired Infrata, a London-based global infrastructure advisory firm, expanding dss+'s technical, commercial and demand advisory capabilities for infrastructure investors, lenders and sponsors. The acquisition adds more than 70 senior infrastructure experts to dss+'s team and strengthens its transportation and infrastructure advisory offering across roads, airports, ports, waterways and railways.
