Dynamic Quest Acquires Southern Data Solutions

Spire Capital-backed Dynamic Quest has acquired Southern Data Solutions (SDS), an Atlanta-based managed services provider, as an add-on to expand its presence in the Southeastern United States. SDS’s team will join Dynamic Quest, bringing ~75% recurring revenue and capabilities in managed IT, disaster recovery and hosting to enable cross-selling and accelerate growth in Georgia.
