Sani-Matic Acquires Douglas Machines Corp.

Sani-Matic, a Sun Prairie, Wisconsin-based hygienic cleaning systems manufacturer and portfolio company of Hamilton Robinson Capital Partners (HRCP), has acquired Douglas Machines Corp., a Clearwater, Florida-based maker of commercial and industrial washers. The deal combines complementary product portfolios to expand Sani-Matic's market share and capabilities across the food & beverage, bakery/foodservice, and pharmaceutical end markets.
