PGG operates B2C e-commerce shops across core gaming markets and a broad B2B distribution network; the founder-led management team will remain in place as HAL supports the company's continued global expansion.

IPG Photonics Acquires Innovative Laser Technologies from Generation Growth Capital for $40M

IPG Photonics Corporation has acquired Innovative Laser Technologies, Inc. (ILT) from Generation Growth Capital Fund II, LP for $40 million in cash. ILT, a Minneapolis-based designer and manufacturer of high-precision laser systems for medical device OEMs, will expand IPG's ability to deliver turnkey laser systems and integrated solutions to the medical device market and other end-user industries.

Tokens.com Acquires Playte Group

Tokens.com Corp., through its subsidiary Hulk Labs, has acquired Playte Group, an Ontario-based developer of play-to-earn (P2E) gaming tools. Playte — a pre-revenue company with five employees — will be integrated into Hulk Labs to provide player-management and P2E asset tooling for Tokens.com's gaming initiatives; consideration included issuance of 1 million Tokens.com shares plus performance-based additional shares.

Hexatronic Group AB Acquires Mpirical Ltd

Hexatronic Group AB (publ) has acquired 100% of Mpirical Ltd, a UK-based telecoms technology training provider, with the purchase consideration paid partly in cash and partly via newly issued Hexatronic shares. Mpirical — operator of the LearningZone on-demand LMS and a library of ~1,500 telecom training videos focused on 5G/4G/IoT/Wi‑Fi — will remain led by its four directors and will expand Hexatronic’s global training capabilities.
