Vertice Oil Tools Acquires Completions Assets of Gryphon Oilfield Solutions

Vertice Oil Tools, a Stafford, Texas–based downhole completions technology provider backed by SCF Ventures, acquired substantially all of the completions assets of Gryphon Oilfield Solutions. The deal expands Vertice's geographic footprint and augments its product portfolio with Gryphon's suite of downhole completion technologies, including dissolvable plugs and sleeves.

Evantic Acquires Vertec Polymers, Inc.

Evantic, a portfolio company of Edgewater Capital Partners, has acquired Vertec Polymers, a Houston-based designer and manufacturer of high-performance polymer materials including PEEK, PPS, PTFE and PFA. The acquisition expands Evantic's engineered components platform by adding polymer R&D, injection and hot-compression molding, and precision machining capabilities to better serve customers in the energy, life sciences, food & beverage and industrial markets.

Vertex Resource Group Acquires Cordy Oilfield Services

Vertex Resource Group Ltd. completed the acquisition of Cordy Oilfield Services Inc. through a three-cornered amalgamation in which Cordy shareholders received Vertex shares (0.081818 Vertex Shares per Cordy Share). The transaction issued approximately 18,913,253 Vertex Shares to Cordy shareholders (approximately 17.2% of Vertex post-closing), resulted in Cordy being amalgamated into Vertex Energy Services Ltd. (a Vertex subsidiary), and Cordy Shares are to be delisted from the TSXV.
