Odyssey Investment Partners has acquired Pexco LLC, a North American engineered plastic components manufacturer, from AEA Investors. Pexco’s management team, led by CEO Sam Patel, will remain invested alongside Odyssey as the company pursues further organic and inorganic growth across traffic safety, lighting, fluid handling and other specialty industrial end markets.
