Growth investor Causeway Capital has acquired British bike maker Whyte Bikes from Cairngorm Capital Partners. Cairngorm, which acquired Whyte in 2021 and supported product and market expansion (including e-bikes), will exit its investment as Causeway provides capital and support to accelerate Whyte's next phase of growth and international expansion.
