CoWest will continue to operate under its current brand in Colorado and Confie will retain CoWest employees as it expands its InsureOne agency-network strategy.

Alliant Acquires Confie from Abry Partners

Alliant Insurance Services entered into a definitive merger agreement to acquire Confie, the largest personal lines insurance distributor in the U.S., which serves more than 1 million customers and employs over 3,500 people. Confie is currently a portfolio company of Abry Partners; the transaction is expected to close in Q2 2021 subject to customary closing conditions and regulatory approvals, with terms not disclosed.

Confie Acquires Sanborn's Insurance and Atlantic Insurance Agency
