Wagner Logistics, headquartered in North Kansas City, Missouri, operates 24 facilities across 13 states with over 7 million square feet of warehouse space and 650+ employees, serving customers across industries including aerospace & defense, automotive and direct-to-consumer.

Wagner Logistics Acquires Dawson Logistics' Contract Division

Wagner Logistics has acquired the contract logistics division of Dawson Logistics, adding one million square feet across four warehousing operations in Danville, Illinois; Cincinnati, Ohio; and Nashville, Tennessee. The transaction brings roughly 90 employees into Wagner, expands its national footprint to more than 8 million square feet, and strengthens Wagner's contract logistics and apparel/industrial capabilities.

Amware Fulfillment Acquires Moulton Logistics

Amware Fulfillment, backed by Rotunda Capital Partners, has acquired Moulton Logistics, a Los Angeles–based third-party fulfillment and customer-care provider. The deal adds Moulton’s Los Angeles and South Brunswick, NJ facilities (adding over 400,000 sq. ft.) to Amware’s footprint, expanding national coverage and adding after-sale customer service capabilities to Amware’s service suite.

Chicago private equity firm Red Arts Capital, via its portfolio company Partners Warehouse, has acquired FLEX Logistics, a third-party logistics (3PL) provider headquartered in Eastvale, California. The add-on strengthens Partners Warehouse's West Coast footprint and adds nearly 900,000 square feet of warehousing capacity; terms were not disclosed.
