Upper Crust Food Service, LLC has acquired Campus Cooks, LLC, combining two leading providers of contract food service management for fraternity and sorority houses and summer camps. The combined company will serve over 550 accounts across 45 states and leverage more than 1,000 food service professionals to expand service capacity and strengthen market leadership in the Greek and camp food service segment.

General Mills Acquires TNT Crust from Peak Rock Capital

General Mills has acquired TNT Crust, a manufacturer of frozen pizza crusts that serves pizza chains, foodservice distributors and retail outlets. The acquisition (from Peak Rock Capital) adds TNT Crust's manufacturing footprint — including two Green Bay, Wisconsin facilities and one in St. Charles, Missouri — to General Mills' frozen baked goods platform to expand its away‑from‑home foodservice presence.
