Bright Behavior founder Shasta Brenske will become Chief Clinical Officer for the combined company as ABA Connect expands its geographic footprint and clinical capabilities.

Oakwood — previously part of the NOVA Behavioral Health network — will continue serving adolescents under new ownership as ABH expands its inpatient behavioral health footprint in North Carolina.
