Summit BHC Acquires Seven Psychiatric Hospitals from Strategic Behavioral Health

Summit BHC, a national provider of behavioral health and addiction treatment services, has acquired seven inpatient psychiatric hospitals (613 beds total) from Strategic Behavioral Health. The deal expands Summit's footprint into New Mexico, North Carolina, and Wisconsin and increases its presence in Iowa, Tennessee, and Texas; terms were not disclosed.
