ProMach Acquires Modern Packaging

ProMach has acquired Modern Packaging, a Deer Park, New York-based manufacturer of cup and tray filling, sealing and lid-converting equipment for the food and dairy industries. Modern (founded 1989, with over 100 employees) will join ProMach’s Filling Business Line, with its founders remaining in leadership roles as ProMach invests to grow Modern’s capabilities and global reach.

ProMach Acquires Serpa Packaging Solutions

ProMach has acquired Serpa Packaging Solutions, a Visalia, California-based designer and manufacturer of cartoning and end-of-line packaging systems. The deal brings automated cartoning, case and tray packers, robotic palletizers and turnkey line integration/validation capabilities into ProMach’s Robotics & End of Line portfolio, strengthening its secondary packaging and pharmaceutical packaging offerings.

ProMach (ID Technology) Acquires Lofton Label & Packaging

ProMach, via its ID Technology labeling & coding business line, has acquired Lofton Label & Packaging, a Minneapolis–Saint Paul-area producer of labels and printed flexible packaging. The acquisition expands ProMach's label converting and flexible packaging capabilities and adds Lofton's Inver Grove Heights production site and a team of over 70 employees to ProMach's Labeling & Coding portfolio.

ProMach Acquires Sentry Equipment & Erectors Inc.

ProMach has acquired Sentry Equipment & Erectors Inc., a Forest, Virginia-based manufacturer of conveyors, container handling equipment and packaging systems. The deal adds Sentry's conveyor and end-of-line capabilities and its ~230-person team to ProMach's Systems and Integration business line, broadening ProMach's product portfolio and systems-integration capabilities across beverage, food and other end markets.

ProMach Acquires HMC Products

ProMach has acquired HMC Products, a manufacturer and service provider of horizontal form fill seal (HFFS) machines based in Machesney Park, Illinois. The acquisition (HMC’s ~45 employees and 60,000 sq. ft. facility) expands ProMach’s flexible packaging capabilities and aftermarket service capacity within its Systems & Process business unit.

ProMach has acquired Pharmaworks, a Florida-based provider of blister packaging and thermoforming machinery, expanding ProMach's pharmaceutical packaging capabilities and integrated solutions. Pharmaworks’ team of over 100 employees and its lineup of blister packaging systems, inspection, and aftermarket services will join ProMach’s pharma business line to broaden its product offering and support for pharmaceutical, consumer goods, and contract packaging customers.
