Haveli Investments Acquires Controlling Interest in AppViewX

Haveli Investments, an Austin-based technology-focused private equity firm, has completed a majority acquisition of AppViewX, a New York–headquartered provider of automated certificate lifecycle management (CLM) and PKI SaaS solutions. The investment will provide capital and operating expertise to accelerate AppViewX’s product innovation, go-to-market expansion, and global growth; terms were not disclosed.

Haveli Investments Acquires Couchbase for $1.5 Billion

Couchbase, the San Jose–based developer data platform, agreed to be acquired by Austin-based private equity firm Haveli Investments in an all-cash transaction valued at approximately $1.5 billion. Couchbase stockholders will receive $24.50 per share and the company will become privately held upon closing; Haveli said it will partner with Couchbase to accelerate product development, scale the business and expand market leadership in enterprise database and AI applications.

Haveli Investments Makes $150M Convertible Preferred Investment in Blend Labs

The transaction closed on May 2, 2025; Generational Group advised VIP Hospitality on the sale. VIP Hospitality is an airport hospitality and passenger experience services provider and will be integrated under the new ownership to expand operational capabilities and service offerings.
