Dunes Point Capital has agreed to sell the distribution business of Harvey Building Products to Lansing Building Products, with the transaction expected to close in Q2 2020. Simultaneously, Lansing agreed to sell a majority interest to Markel Corporation; Dunes Point Capital will retain Harvey's manufacturing business.
