Cameron Ashley Building Products Acquires Assets of Warrior Building Products

Cameron Ashley Building Products, a Pacific Avenue Capital Partners portfolio company, acquired the assets of St. Louis-based Warrior Building Products to expand its distribution footprint in eastern Missouri and southern Illinois. Therm-All, a Westlake, Ohio–based fabricator and distributor of metal building insulation with 13 locations nationwide and more than 2,000 customers, will be operated under Pacific Avenue and Cameron Ashley to strengthen customer relationships and pursue growth initiatives across core and adjacent end markets.
