Cameron Ashley Building Products, a portfolio company of Pacific Avenue Capital Partners, acquired Martin Distributors, a two-location distributor of lumber, roofing, gypsum and insulation based in Alexandria and Lafayette, Louisiana. The add-on expands Cameron Ashley's product offering (adding lumber and engineered wood) and provides the company entry into the Louisiana market; Martin's separate retail locations in Pineville and Minden were not part of the transaction.

An affiliate of Pacific Avenue Capital Partners, alongside Cameron Ashley Building Products, has acquired Therm-All from Incline Equity Partners. Therm-All, a Westlake, Ohio–based fabricator and distributor of metal building insulation with 13 locations nationwide and more than 2,000 customers, will be operated under Pacific Avenue and Cameron Ashley to strengthen customer relationships and pursue growth initiatives across core and adjacent end markets.

Macquarie Asset Management Acquires Central Park Group

Macquarie Asset Management, the asset management division of Macquarie Group, has acquired New York-based Central Park Group, an independent investment advisory firm that provides high-net-worth clients access to institutional-quality alternative investments. The acquisition (completed in early 2022) strengthens Macquarie's US high-net-worth alternatives offering and expands its distribution and advisory capabilities for alternative strategies.
