Northborne Partners served as exclusive financial advisor to NORA; financial terms were not disclosed. NEP's investment is intended to support NORA's continued growth, capability expansion and service delivery to organ procurement organizations, transplant centers and perfusion technology providers.

Firmament Backs Launch of Nurses PRN

IVX Health Acquires Precision Healthcare

The acquisition was financed with preferred equity led by Linden Capital Partners and joined by McKesson Ventures, Health Velocity Capital, and Nueterra Capital; Precision was previously a subsidiary of BAI Healthcare Services (a portfolio company of EW Healthcare Partners).
