TriWest and Roynat Partner to Form Outdoor Adventure Group, Acquiring Northern Lite and Off Grid

TriWest Capital Partners, alongside Roynat Equity Partners with financing support from Export Development Canada, has partnered with Northern Lite Truck Campers and Off Grid Trailers to form Outdoor Adventure Group, acquiring both businesses from KV Private Equity. The deal creates a Canadian platform consolidating two niche recreational vehicle brands to support growth across dealer and direct-to-consumer channels in North America.
