Gathr Outdoors, a portfolio company of Centre Partners, has acquired Vista, California–based WaterPORT, a maker of on-the-go, self-pressurized water tanks for outdoor use. The acquisition expands Gathr Outdoors' camp and outdoor product offering as an add-on to its growing family of recreation brands; terms were not disclosed.

Storyteller Overland Acquires GoCamp

Storyteller Overland, a Birmingham, Alabama-based Class B RV manufacturer, has acquired GoCamp, a Portland-based peer-to-peer camper van rental service. The acquisition will enable GoCamp to expand nationally and give Storyteller a factory-endorsed rental channel for its MODE vans while preserving GoCamp's personalized rental model and leadership.

Camping World Acquires All Seasons RV

Storyteller Overland has acquired TAXA Outdoors, combining Storyteller's Class B RV and expedition vehicle capabilities with TAXA's lightweight, design-forward towable camping habitats. The transaction closed alongside a significant investment from L Catterton, RX3 Growth Partners, Wheelhouse and Virentes; Neil Grimmer will become CEO of TAXA and Chief Strategy Officer of Storyteller Overland.

XFS Global Acquires Assets of Creative Tent International, LLC

XFS Global, LLC — a newly formed SDVOSB backed by Lake Country Capital — has acquired the assets of Creative Tent International, LLC and relocated the manufacturing operation from Las Vegas, Nevada to Natural Bridge Station, Virginia. The deal expands XFS Global's manufacturing footprint and capabilities (including RF welding, sewing/cutting, metal fabrication and kitting) and places Creative Tent's leadership team in charge of the new company.

Crown Capital Investments Acquires Pacific Yurts, Inc.

Atlanta-based private equity firm Crown Capital Investments has acquired Pacific Yurts, Inc., the original designer and manufacturer of the modern yurt. The acquisition adds the Cottage Grove, Oregon-based yurt maker to Crown Capital's portfolio and aims to support Pacific Yurts' growth, product innovation, and mission of providing quality, affordable, environmentally friendly shelters. Crown said the partnership will enable the company to enhance opportunities for employees and expand its market presence.
