Storyteller Overland has acquired TAXA Outdoors, combining Storyteller's Class B RV and expedition vehicle capabilities with TAXA's lightweight, design-forward towable camping habitats. The transaction closed alongside a significant investment from L Catterton, RX3 Growth Partners, Wheelhouse and Virentes; Neil Grimmer will become CEO of TAXA and Chief Strategy Officer of Storyteller Overland.
