Eaton Acquires Fibrebond

Eaton has completed the acquisition of Fibrebond for $1.4 billion. Fibrebond, based in Minden, Louisiana, designs and builds pre‑integrated modular power enclosures for data center, fiber, industrial and utility markets; the company is expected to generate approximately $110 million of adjusted EBITDA in 2025 on roughly $378 million of trailing revenue.

Bel Fuse Inc. acquired an 80% stake in Enercon Technologies Ltd. from Fortissimo Capital for $320 million (based on a $400 million enterprise value), with up to $10 million of potential earnouts and an intent to purchase the remaining 20% by early 2027. The acquisition expands Bel Fuse’s aerospace and defense product portfolio and manufacturing footprint (including sites in North America and India) and will have Enercon operate under Bel’s Power and Solutions segment.
