Consco Foods Inc. has acquired Montreal-based Allied Food Distributors, a longtime importer and distributor of kosher food brands. Allied's operations will be integrated into Consco's 140,000 sq. ft. distribution center while operating as a division, and Consco has been named the exclusive Canadian importer/distributor for Agri Star Meat & Poultry's Aaron's Best brand effective August 1, 2025.

Lab Logistics Management, a portfolio company of Atlantic Street Capital, has acquired The Allied Group from Compass Group Equity Partners. The Allied Group, a Cranston, Rhode Island–based provider of printing, kitting, assembly and fulfillment services for healthcare and life sciences (250+ employees), will expand Lab Logistics' product, kitting and international fulfillment capabilities; terms were not disclosed.

Allied, based in Jackson, Tennessee, provides repair, preventative maintenance and installation services to restaurants, grocery stores and institutions across Southwest Tennessee and Northern Mississippi, expanding Tech24's footprint in the Southeastern U.S.
