Titanium Transportation Group Inc. (TSXV:TTR) acquired Bert and Son's Cartage Limited, a Brantford, Ontario-based trucking and warehousing operator. The deal adds approximately 40 drivers and staff, warehouse space and land adjacent to Titanium's existing Brantford terminal to expand its Canadian and U.S. cross-border capabilities and geographic footprint.
