H&P Technologies, a Warren, Michigan-based distributor, acquired Youngblood Air Systems (dba Youngblood Automation, Inc.) of Grand Rapids, Michigan; the deal closed May 15, 2023. H&P plans to merge Youngblood with its Behco division within 9–12 months to create a leading regional fluid power, automation, and robotics distributor; Generational Capital Markets advised the seller.
