LUKE Holdings, a government-focused healthcare staffing firm backed by M33 Growth, has acquired Coastal Clinical and Management Services (CCMS) to expand its behavioral health, caregiver and broader healthcare staffing capabilities for U.S. government customers, including the Department of Homeland Security. The deal strengthens LUKE’s capacity to provide credentialed caregivers and healthcare workers and is positioned as an add-on to its existing, PE-backed platform.
