Accenture has acquired U.S.-based Fairway Technologies, a provider of product and platform engineering services, to bolster Accenture's Product and Platform Engineering Services practice. Terms were not disclosed; Fairway comprises more than 80 engineering professionals with offices in San Diego and Irvine, California, and Austin, Texas.

NWI Enterprises (Harbour Group) Acquires RailFX

TurningPoint Healthcare Solutions Acquires Fairway Health

TurningPoint Healthcare Solutions has acquired Fairway Health, a health‑technology startup that uses LLMs and generative AI to automate clinical documentation and streamline prior‑authorization workflows. TurningPoint plans to deploy Fairway’s HIPAA‑compliant AI across its specialty condition management programs (managing nearly $4 billion in costs) to accelerate care, improve outcomes, and reduce provider administrative burden.

Prairie Capital VI and Rising Point Capital Acquire Fairway Lawns

On December 23, 2019 Prairie Capital VI, LP partnered with Rising Point Capital to acquire Fairway Lawns, a Little Rock-based provider of residential lawn treatment and pest control services. The investment backed a buyout of the company’s founders and supported management to accelerate growth through investments in people, sales and marketing, infrastructure, and add-on acquisitions; at the time Fairway served over 40,000 customers from 12 lawn-treatment and 2 pest-control locations across six states.

Cairngorm Capital Acquires Fairalls (Builders' Merchants)

Cairngorm Capital Partners has acquired Fairalls (Builders' Merchants) Limited, adding it to its existing building merchant businesses Parkers Building Supplies and Stamco to create the largest independent builders' merchant group in the South East of England. The enlarged group operates 24 branches with over 500 employees and combined revenues of approximately £120 million; Fairalls itself reported c.£15m revenue and about 85 employees and will continue to trade under the Fairalls brand with Richard Fairall remaining involved during the transition.

Fairway Corp Acquires Six Regional Lawn, Tree and Pest Service Companies

Fairway Corp has expanded its national residential services platform by acquiring six regional lawn, tree and pest service businesses: Eastern Exterminating, Southern Care Lawn and Pest, Mencer's Tree Service, Agape Lawn Company, Arbor Bay Tree & Landscaping, and Scientific Plant Service. The acquisitions extend Fairway’s geographic footprint across Florida, Tennessee, North Carolina and the Chesapeake Bay region and broaden its tree, turf, plant-health, landscaping and pest service capabilities.
