PDI (Plumbing Distributors, Inc./PDI Kitchen, Bath & Lighting) has acquired W.A. Bragg & Co., a family-owned plumbing, appliance, lighting, electrical and irrigation distributor based in Augusta, Georgia. The deal expands PDI’s branch and showroom footprint across the Southeast and broadens its product offerings to better serve existing and new customers in Georgia, South Carolina and Tennessee.
