LMPG Inc. acquired 100% of Architectural Lighting Works (ALW) from Prairie Capital (Prairie Capital VI). ALW — a US-based manufacturer of interior and exterior architectural LED lighting — will continue to operate as an independent brand and will leverage LMPG's technology, supply chain and operational capabilities; ALW's CEO Jeff Croskey will remain in his role and the business includes more than 375 employees.
