Architectural Lighting Works (ALW), a Prairie Capital VI-backed manufacturer of architectural LED luminaires, has acquired v2 Lighting Group, a San Jose-based designer and manufacturer of specification-grade interior and exterior LED fixtures. The add-on expands ALW’s decorative and specification-grade product portfolio and consolidates operations and leadership under the ALW platform to drive product, manufacturing and go-to-market synergies.
