Garden City Equity has made a majority investment in Commercial Residential Aluminum (CRA), a Florida-based designer, fabricator, and installer of premium outdoor aluminum products. The transaction (terms undisclosed) brings CRA into Garden City's portfolio to support geographic and capability expansion while founder Tom Teffenhart remains a shareholder and board member.

Landscape Workshop, a Birmingham-based commercial grounds management platform backed by Carousel Capital and McKinney Capital, has acquired the commercial landscaping/maintenance operations of All American Lawn & Tree Specialist in the Tampa, Florida market. The deal expands Landscape Workshop's presence in Tampa (its fourth acquisition in the area) while All American will continue to operate its residential business under the AALTS name.

Shoreline Equity Partners partnered with and made an equity investment in American Landscaping Partners (ALP) in August 2023, providing capital and senior financing (Apogem Capital and NXT Capital) to support ALP's growth while management retained an ownership stake. Since the partnership, ALP (headquartered in Nashville, Tennessee) has completed seven add-on acquisitions—Landscape Detail; Ultralawn; Ready Field Solutions; Maxalea; Swift Lawn & Land; Precision Landscape Management; and Appalachia Landscaping—expanding its footprint across Tennessee, Ohio, Georgia, Maryland, Alabama, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia.
