Funds managed by Harvest Partners have acquired Yellowstone Landscape from CIVC Partners. Yellowstone, a Palm Coast, Florida–headquartered commercial landscaping company serving over 5,000 customers from ~40 branches across the South and Southwest, will continue to be led by CEO Tim Portland and existing management who remain significant owners.

Neuberger Berman Capital Solutions (NBCS) has acquired a significant minority stake in Yellowstone Landscape, Inc., with funds managed by Harvest Partners retaining majority ownership. Harvest Partners SCF, Harvest's non-control investment strategy, also invested alongside NBCS; terms were not disclosed. The capital infusion is intended to support Yellowstone's continued growth and execution across its commercial landscaping services.

Beary Landscaping Acquires MJS Landscaping Services

Emerald's approximately 134 employees will transition to operate under Stay Green; terms were not disclosed. The acquisition expands Stay Green's footprint in Orange, Riverside, and San Bernardino counties and strengthens its commercial client base.
