EIS Acquires Metromile's Enterprise Business Solutions (EBS) from Lemonade

EIS has acquired Metromile’s Enterprise Business Solutions (EBS) assets from Lemonade to add a SaaS-based claims automation and AI-driven fraud detection platform to its Coretech offering. The deal is intended to accelerate EIS' market expansion, bolster its data science capabilities, and provide insurers with automated claims processing that can reduce losses and lower loss adjustment expenses.
