Kinderhook Industries, in partnership with founder Jacob Tilzer and investor LNC Partners, has acquired Kaizen Auto Care, a Scottsdale-based regional collision repair chain with 48 locations across the western U.S. Kaizen will be led by incoming CEO Vince Brock as Kinderhook looks to scale the business as part of its automotive / light manufacturing platform investments; financial terms were not disclosed.
