Continental Auto Parts, a portfolio company of Kinderhook Industries, acquired K W Automotive Inc. dba Pro Parts Center, a Houston-based distributor of aftermarket collision automotive parts. The add-on expands Continental Auto Parts' footprint into Texas and surrounding Gulf states, enabling the combined platform to better serve multi-shop operators (MSOs) and independent collision shops in Texas, Louisiana and Oklahoma.
