Blattner Technologies Acquires Jigsaw Security Enterprise

Blattner Technologies, a Nashville-based data analytics and AI company, has acquired Jigsaw Security Enterprise to bolster its cybersecurity and threat intelligence capabilities. The deal brings Jigsaw's SOC and threat-intel expertise (and CEO Kevin Wetzel, who will become Blattner's CISO) into Blattner's AI/ML product suite to expand into machine-learning security.

Tasq AI Acquires BLEND in Merger to Build Enterprise AI Trust Layer

Tel Aviv-based Tasq AI has merged with BLEND to form a unified company under the Tasq AI brand, combining proprietary data-refinery technology with BLEND's global human and localization network. The merged business says it will generate tens of millions of dollars in revenue, serve ~200 enterprise customers, and employ roughly 120 people; financial terms were not disclosed.

IBM Acquires Seek AI

IBM has acquired Seek AI, a New York–based startup that provides a natural-language AI platform for querying and analyzing enterprise data, for an undisclosed sum. Seek AI will join IBM’s new Watsonx AI Labs in New York City and relocate its headquarters to One Madison, with the technology integrated into IBM’s enterprise AI offerings to accelerate its AI capabilities.
